V1 and V2 got a ride from S1 and S2 to phone stores. After V1 purchased a new iPhone, all four returned to the vehicle. S1 asked to see the phone, then snatched it and locked it in a center console compartment. When V1 argued, S1 became aggressive, took $200 from V2, and ordered both out of the car. S1 then displayed a black semi-automatic handgun, causing V1 and V2 to comply. After they exited, S1 re-entered the vehicle and fled with the phone and money.  ISS responded and assumed the investigation.

D1 and D2 were involved in an argument related to D2 refusing to leave the property. D2 stated D1 grabbed her by the neck before D2 left the residence for a few minutes but then returned engaging in a verbal confrontation with D1. D2 aggressively approached D1 who had his leg extended to keep distance between D1 and D2; however, D2 still managed aggressively pushed her body into D1. D2 had marks on her neck consistent with her statement and D1 had a cell phone video of D1 being battered. Both parties eventually became uncooperative with the investigation. Based on the investigation, D1 and D2 were both primary aggressors on separate occasions during the entire incident. Probable cause was established to arrest both D1 and D2 who were transported to the jail. Case Status: CBA.

V1 recently revoked S1's U-Haul dealer license and responded to 610 Old Daytona Road on 4/29/2026, to retrieve their leased property. V1 was able to recover most of their property from the location with the exception of one 6' x 12' open flat bed trailer. R1 responded to the location today and noticed the trailer in question was no longer on the property. R1 completed the necessary documents to report the trailer as stolen. The trailer was entered into FCIC/NCIC by Teletype. Case Status: Active.

V1 and D1 were involved in an argument regarding a road rage incident. Unprovoked D1 sprayed wasp killer spray into V1's vehicle and in the direction of V1. V1 stated she was struck by the spray as it entered her vehicle. Deputies observed residue from the spray on the exterior of the driver's door and on the steering column of V1's vehicle. V1 completed a sworn statement advising she wished to pursue criminal charges. Digital photographs were collected on scene. D1 was arrested and transported to jail. Case Status: CBA.

S1 arrived at the residence intoxicated and began acting belligerent toward O1 causing V1 to intervene. S1 approached V1 in an aggressive manner and shoved him to which V1 responded to by punching S1 with a closed fist. S1 and V1 then began struggling with each other which ended up with both going to the ground. After the struggle S1 fled the residence before the deputies' arrival. S1 may have sustained a broken arm during the struggle when S1 and V1 went to the ground. All necessary DV paperwork was completed and digital photographs of V1 were taken. Deputies attempted to locate S1 in the surrounding area and at local hospitals, but their efforts were unsuccessful. A pass along affidavit was completed and placed in the D2 binder for S1's arrest when he is located.

Deputies responded to the residence in reference to an active physical disturbance between S1 and O1. During the investigation it was discovered that V1 has an active no contact order against S1 which states S1 cannot be within 500 feet of the residence related to a prior DV case. The no contact order was verified, and probable cause was established to arrest S1 who fled the residence before deputies arrived. All necessary DV paperwork was completed. Attempts to locate S1 were unsuccessful. A pass along affidavit was completed and placed in the D2 binder for S1's arrest when he is located.

V1 is D1's biological mother and they live together as a single-family unit.  D1 is a known narcotics user and was in a paranoid state of mind.  D1 accused W1 of talking about him and went to confront him.  V1 stepped between D1 and W1 and D1 pushed V1 away on her chest.  V1 and W1 provided consistent statements and D1 was charged accordingly.

S1 and V1 are boyfriend and girlfriend who live together as a single-family unit.  S1 and V2 are related and also live together as a single-family unit.  S1 was intoxicated and became violent and aggressive.  S1 struck V2 on the hands after a verbal argument.  S1 then grabbed V1 and tossed her around the residence.  V1 had injuries consistent with her account and W1 corroborated V1 and V2's account of the incident.  S1 left on foot and was unable to be contacted.  A pass on was completed for S1.

R1 reported witnessing D1 shoot 10-15 rounds out of his vehicle on Ranch Road, Deltona (26 zone) and later crashing into a fence before fleeing the scene.  R1 followed D1 and alerted deputies of his whereabouts.  D1 was contacted with a short-barreled riffle in plain view in his vehicle.  D1 was clearly intoxicated and driving his obviously wrecked vehicle.  D1 was charged with a litany of felonies and transported to the branch jail.  CID was contacted; however, due to having D1 in custody, declined to respond.  Crime Scene responded to Ranch Road and documented the scene and collected evidence of the shooting.

D1 struck V1 in his face with a closed fist just under his left ear and hit V2 in the head with a metal scooter causing a bleeding laceration after being punished. V1 and V2 sustained visible injuries consistent with being struck by D1. V1 and V2 declined to write sworn written statements but completed the necessary DV paperwork. Digital photographs were collected of the injuries. Director Quann was notified of the juvenile's arrest. D1 was charged accordingly and transported to the FRC. Case Status: CBA.

V1 was at Dolly's Tavern when S1 arrived and begun a verbal disturbance with her.  Before leaving the bar, S1 made threats to damage V1's property which was witnessed by several bar patrons.  V1 later went out to her vehicle and observed two of her tires with slits in them causing approximately $1200.00 in damage.  V1 also reported several 100 unanswered text messages from S1 as well.  There was evidence enough to confirm S1 completed the crime of Vandalism and Stalking; however, additional follow up is necessary. S1 was unable to be contacted at this time. Case is active.

V1's clothing was torn, which is consistent with her statement, and D1 later confessed to the physical altercation.  D1 was charged accordingly and transported to the branch jail.
